December 2006  The Rockland Kiwanis welcomed a new member, Melissa Betts, at a recent meeting. Welcoming Betts from left is Sumner Kinney, Pam Feyler, Betts who is a Captain with The Salvation Army, and Kiwanis Membership Chair Todd Gustafson.

December 2006   Rockland Toy Library Director Melissa Boggs ( right ) receives a check  for $300 from Rockland Kiwanian and Kiwanis Priority One member  Marjorie Kinney The funds were used to purchase tickets for the Polar  Express for children under six who would not have been able to enjoy  the Holiday ride.

November 2006   Jane Dagley, V.P. of Union Trust Company and President of Rockland Kiwanis presents a check for $1,000.00 to Keith Wass, Chair of the Kiwanis food wagon. The check was presented in appreciation of the Kiwanis help at the grand opening of the new Union Trust Bank and offices on Camden St., in Rockland.

08/06/2006 Rockland Kiwanis Grand Raffle Winner is Craig Hooper of South Thomaston who is pictured sitting on his new 2006 Harley Davidson under the watchful eye of some of Rockland"s finest, Melissa Allaire, Charlie Jordan and Tony Camporaile. Second-place winner of $2,500 was Trish Mellor of Thomaston and third-place winner of $1,000 was Carl Wood of Rockport.
