08/15/2005 New Rockland Police Chief Bruce Boucher accepts a thank you and a Kiwanis mug from Rockland Kiwanis President Steve Poulin after addressing the group. Boucher praised the Kiwanis group for their involvement with the children of the communities the club serves. Chief Boucher also spoke  of the importance of communities being involved with their children. Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.

 

08/15/2005 Dr. Curtis Smith ( left ) accepts a thank you and a Kiwanis mug from Rockland Kiwanis President Steve Poulin after speaking at the clubs regular meeting. Smith is a hospitalist at Pen Bay Medical Center. Smith described a hospitalist as an old intern and is the caregiver for inpatients. Pen Bay Medical Center has 4.5 hospitalist which is a specialty not yet recognized elsewhere. Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.

 

08/8/2005 The Rockland Kiwanis Club donated 10 tickets to the Salvation Army for an up coming New England Revolution professional soccer game. Accepting the tickets form Rockland Kiwanis President Steve Poulin is Hermas Pearl of the Salvation Army. Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.
