07/11/2005  The Rockland Kiwanis Super Raffle winner was not Mrs. Maine , Janet Wilson, pictured on the 2005 Harley Davidson but all three winners are Mainers. First Prize of the Harley Davidson motorcycle and Haulmark trailer was Debra Feyler of Cushing, second prize of $2,000.00 went to Craig Hoppe of South Thomaston, and third prize of $1,000.00 was won by Mike Busque of Readfield.

07/11/2005  John Hanson ( right ) Publisher of Maine Boats and Harbors presents Rockland Kiwanis President Steve Poulin with the latest edition of the magazine. Hanson spoke to the Kiwanis about his journey from Maine Wooden Boat magazine and covering the Olympics in Montreal to being founding editor of Maine Boats and Harbors magazine.  Hanson also spoke about the development of the Maine Boats and Harbor show held in and around Rockland Harbor which is expected to attract up to 10,000 or more visitors. The show has continued to grow and the event will be August 12, 13 and 14 this year.
