Rockland Kiwanis President Steve Poulin ( center ) welcomes
guest speakers Alan Hinsey ( left ) and Noah Ketyian. Hinsey and
Ketyaian spoke about the Mid Coast Magnet Group which is working to
bring to the area people in the age bracket of 20 to 35 years old
who want to invest and settle in the region. This age group has
shown a decrease of 29.3% in recent years as more young people move
out of the State to seek opportunities.

Rockland Kiwanis donated $1,000 to Camp Sunshine. Camp Sunshine, founded
in 1984, is where seriously ill children and their families can spend quality
time together. Presenting the $1,000 check is Kiwanis President Steve Poulin (

Rockland Kiwanis donated $1,000.00 at a recent meeting to Atlantic Challenge to
be used for scholarships for the Community Sailing Program. Accepting the check
from Rockland Kiwanis President Steve Poulin (right) is KC Heyniger of Atlantic
Challenge.
